چکیده
Abstract Hericium is a well-known genus that comprises edible and medicinal mushrooms with fleshy, distinctive white spines hang from tough, unbranched clump, grows on dying or dead wood. In preparation for the artificial cultivation of these in Thailand, an optimization mycelial growth different agar culture media, various conditions (including temperature, pH, cereal grains, agricultural waste, carbon sources, nitrogen ratio media components) was carried out. For this study, three strains H . erinaceus (MFLUCC 21-0018, MFLUCC 21-0019, 21-0020) were favorably grown OMYA medium, at 25 °C pH 4–4.5, while one strain 21-0021) grew CDA 5.5. The favorable condition coralloides 21-0050) MYPA 30 All five presented higher wheat grain. Carbon sources promoted rates using molasses yeast extract respectively, components 10:1 resulted rates. data provide requirements will be useful future development mushrooms.

Optimal Conditions for the Mycelial Growth of Coprinus comatus Strains
The principal objective of this study was to acquire basic data regarding the mycelial growth characteristics for the artificial cultivation of Coprinus comatus. 12 URP primers were employed to evaluate the genetic relationships of C. comatus, and the results were divided into three groups. Among six kinds of mushroom media, MYP medium was selected as the most favorable culture medium for C. co...

Cystoderma amianthinum, one of edible fungi belongs to Agaricaceae of Basidiomycota, has a good taste and flavor. This study was carried out to obtain the basic informations for the optimum mycelial growth of C. amianthinum. The optimal conditions for the mycelial growth were 25℃ and pH 5 in potato dextrose agar (PDA). C. amianthinum showed the favorable growth in the PDA and yeast malt extract...
متن کاملTwo New Cyathane Diterpenoids from Mycelial Cultures of the Medicinal Mushroom Hericium erinaceus and the Rare Species, Hericium flagellum
Basidiomycetes of the genus Hericium are among the most praised medicinal and edible mushrooms, which are known to produce secondary metabolites with the potential to treat neurodegenerative diseases. This activity has been attributed to the discovery of various terpenoids that can stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (NGF) or (as established more recently) brain-derived neurotrophic...
متن کاملFavourable culture conditions for mycelial growth of Hydnum repandum, a medicinal mushroom.
In this study, factors such as pH, temperature, carbon and nitrogen sources that affect mycelial growth of Hydnum repandum, a medicinal mushroom, were investigated. Different inoculum media for vegetative inoculum production were also examined. The best suitable pH for mycelial growth was found to be 5.5. Among constant temperatures, the best mycelial growth was obtained at 20 and 25°C. The myc...
